Due to the complex nature of motorized bikes once the part has been used we do not offer returns. If the item arrives damaged or there is a defect contact us and we will replace or repair it. Manufacturer warranties apply when available.
**There is no refund policy for "misorders" Please read the entire product description before purchasing. You will be held responsible for any fees associated with the cancelation**
The free shipping option applies for one direction to the entered address. You will be held responsible for any additional fees associated.
Products damaged by neglect or abuse will not be covered. Thanks again for understanding!
Exclusions from Limited Warranty Coverage
Please note that the following items and circumstances are not covered under our limited warranty:

Engines: Any purchase containing an engine or kit with an engine is subject to a strict NO RETURN POLICY. Replacements may only be provided if the engine or kit is found to be defective before use. We regret that we cannot accept returns of these products in "like new" condition. Predelivery early cancelation fees will apply

Complete bicycles: Any purchase containing a complete bicycle is subject to a strict NO RETURN POLICY. Replacements may only be provided if the bicycle is determined to be defective. We regret that we cannot accept returns of these products in "like new" condition. Predelivery early cancelation fees will apply
Additionally, the following circumstances are not covered by the warranty:

Damage caused by incorrect installation and maintenance, failure to follow provided instructions, or usage not in accordance with the intended purpose.

Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage that may occur after use.

Damage resulting from the addition of non-original parts or accessories, or the use of non-OEM parts.

Damage caused by neglect, misuse, or abuse, including accidents, stunts, races, or extreme riding.

Damage resulting from vandalism, theft, fire, or other acts of nature.

Damage resulting from unauthorized attempts to repair or modify the product.

Purchases or use of our products outside the United States.

Labor charges associated with repair or maintenance.

Damage caused by overheating of the product.

Damage caused by over-revving the engine.

Stripped nuts and bolts due to improper handling or maintenance.

Incorrectly torqued head bolts resulting in damage.

Damage or failure of disposable or consumable parts, including but not limited to spark plugs, fuel and air filters, chains, cables, hoses, gaskets, T-belts, grips, wiring or wire connectors, brake or clutch pads, lubricants and oils, tires, tubes, and other miscellaneous bicycle parts.

Cosmetic flaws such as scratches, dents, cracks, blemishes, or discoloration.
