2. Complete Bicycles: If you've bought a complete bicycle from us, replacements can only be provided if it's determined to be defective. Again, we can't accept returns of these products in "like new" condition. Once you've taken it for a spin, it's officially yours!
3. Installation and Maintenance: We're all about DIY spirit, but if damage is caused by incorrect installation or maintenance, or if you've decided to use our products for something other than their intended purpose (like turning your bike into a rocket ship), we can't cover it. Safety first, folks!
4. Normal Wear and Tear: We know you love your bike and ride it like there's no tomorrow, but normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage, is not covered. So, no matter how much you polish it, scratches and dents are just part of the journey.
5. Unauthorized Modifications: We get it, you're a tinkerer. But if you add non-original parts or accessories, or use non-OEM parts, we can't be responsible for any resulting damage. Stick to the original recipe, my friend!
6. Extreme Riding: We love a good adrenaline rush, but if damage occurs due to neglect, misuse, abuse, accidents, stunts, races, or extreme riding, we can't cover it. Keep it safe and within the limits of sanity, okay?
7. Acts of Nature: We may sell powerful engines, but we can't protect against Mother Nature's fury. Damage resulting from vandalism, theft, fire, or other acts of nature is not covered. Sorry, but we can't control the weather!
8. Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications: We know you're handy with tools, but if you attempt unauthorized repairs or modifications, any resulting damage won't be covered. Leave it to the professionals, and message us!
9. International Adventures: Our warranty coverage is limited to the United States. If you're taking your bike on a world tour, we can't be responsible for any damage that occurs outside the good ol' US of A. Bon voyage!
10. Labor Charges: While we'd love to send a mechanic to your doorstep, labor charges associated with repair or maintenance are not covered. Time to get your hands dirty (or find a friendly neighborhood bike shop)!

13. Disposable and Consumable Parts: Unfortunately, disposable and consumable parts like spark plugs, filters, chains, cables, and other miscellaneous bicycle parts are not covered. They're like the snacks of the biking world – you'll have to restock them yourself!
14. Cosmetic Flaws: Lastly, cosmetic flaws such as scratches, dents, cracks, blemishes, or discoloration are not covered. Your bike may not be flawless, but it's got character!
